OUR VISIT
After few days of planning, we finally have the time to visit their place and try some of its dessert.
THE SHOP
Mango Mania shop has a small yet inviting environment. When we entered the place, the first thing that catches my attention was the smell of cocoa which they used in making sikwate. The design and decoration of the place are very attractive to the eyes. In fact, the place is very relaxing.
THE CREW
One factor that will make a customer return to a certain store is not only because of the food they serve or the service they offer but also because of the people that are working there, am I right? Good service renders success to store owners especially to customers given that they are satisfied. Good food plus good service is thumbs up! I must say that the crews of Mango Mania are nice and the services offered are great.
Before I continue, let me clear things up. There are various desserts, meals and drinks that Mango Mania offer and by the time we went there, we were able to try their Ice Mango Choco Banana. As it was described on their page, Ice Mango Choco Banana is a bowl of their signature mango ice, served in between halves of a fresh banana, sprinkled with cashews and chocolate chips, decorated by cubes of fresh and ripe mangoes, crowned with a scoop of mango ice cream, and finished-off with a generous drizzle of chocolate syrup.
After taking my first bite, I was looking for a certain taste as it melts inside my mouth - the taste of mango to be exact. But as I continue, the taste of chocolate syrup and cashews are dominant. I am not satisfied with the taste either because I am highly expecting the taste of mangoes on it or because I don't mix it well first before eating (which I found odd since its taste doesn't collide with others). Anyways, the plate presentation is superb!
Though we left unsatisfied for our first try we decided to set another date in order to try their other desserts. Who knows...
