In securing a certified true copy of a land title you need to go to the Land Registration Authority in your area. As for me, I went to the LRA office located in City Health Street Cagayan de Oro City.

First step is to fill up a information request form which you can get at the guard or at the assessment window. Make sure you already have a photocopy of any government issued identificarion card or company ID.
Submit the said form together with your ID to the Fees Assessment window.
They will provide you an assessment on how much you need to pay for the said documents.
You then need to proceed to the cashier which is located on the 2nd floor of the said building.
After paying, you need to go back to ground floor and submit the documents at the printing / releasing window, where you will get the certified true copy of the title.
Tips:
1. Be there before 8 in the morning.
2. Bring small bills and coins.
3. Bring a photocopy of your ID.
