There are times when I want to turn back the
hands of time on those wonderful moments which I have spent with people I
valued the most. But even though how
much I want to be at that very day…at that very time… at that very place…I have
no power or means to go back through time.
There is no “universal remote control” in market, like the one used on
the movie Click, wherein we could fast forward or replay some events of our
life. And there is no such thing as time
machine even though we (I mean the scientist) are able to create great gadgets
today. Maybe this is the reason why
camera was invented, in order to capture every significant event in our lives.
Two years ago I bought my very own digital
camera. I always bring it anywhere I go. It was my sole
witness to the places I’ve been, to the events I’ve attended and also to
the people I’ve met. Yes, I was addicted to taking pictures (if you
consider it as an addiction). But unfortunately, it got soak in the flood
caused by Sendong (tropical storm which caused a devastating flood in
Cagayan de Oro City and also in Iligan City). Everything was gone-my
camera and my pictures (I don’t even have an uploaded copy of it on Facebook).
Well, this year, I'm planning to start over
again. New camera, new pictures, new memories. Perhaps this year I
could buy a DSLR Camera. Hahaha! I know it's kinda expensive but I'll try
to have one.
Guess it's time for me to save!
