Reflections Salon

I  have so many plans for this year unfortunately I don't have the time or shall I say the will to do something on it in order to be realize.

One of those plans I have  was to deal with my long curly hair which I have for quite a while now.  Many have said that I look older than my actual age because of it.  So yesterday after work I walked around Divisoria to look for a Salon that was still open.  Luckily I saw Ivy, my former office-mate.  She introduce me to Reflection Salon which was located at Burgos-Abejuela St. Cagayan de Oro City.  To those who are not familiar with the street name of the city, well, it is just near the Police precinct under the City Amphitheater.

Anyway,  the said salon was having a promo for hair rebound which was just Php1000.00 for any length.  I was having a second thought because it was almost 7 in the evening but RR, the hair stylist, said it was alright to have my hair done that night.  He suggested that it would be best if I have my hair cellophane after he rebound it so my hair would have a natural shine all I need was to add Php300.00.

If I have to rate the salon:

SALON  RATINGS:
The space: clean, open, love the mirrors
The service: Excellent.
The Price: Affordable.  They offer promos.

Well, to make  the story short, the entire rebounding  process was finished at around 11: 20 in the evening.  And I didn't regret my decision last night because the result GREAT.  I can't wait to go back there soon.

Election Time!!!

Election time again here in the Philippines and from my previous experience I have learned a very important lesson - BE EARLY.

So together with my younger sister Gladys, we went to our precinct at around 6:30 in the morning.  It was already easy for us to look for the classroom where we are going to vote since there was already a map at the entrance of the school and we already know our precinct number.

Well, there were already few voters at our precinct but we were lucky enough to be one of the first batch to vote.

The voting process was easy and fast especially that we already have a list of candidates in our hands, all we have to do was to shades the circle and feed our ballots to the PCOS machine.

Though everything was smooth in my own experience, I still can't give a two thumbs up if I were to rate this year election.  There are still other precinct who experience some problems with their PCOS machine, other places experienced some block out, election related crimes are still happening and vote buying still exist in every corner of our country.  Still these matters are unresolved and honestly we can't say that this year was a 100% clean and honest election.

Now, who's going to win is not only my concern today but WHO'S GOING CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL THE POSTERS IN OUR COMMUNITY is also one of it..

Upcoming 2013 National and Local Election

Who deserves my vote?????

I think most of us right now have the same question as I do.  Who are the deserving candidates in our country today?  But I guess before we could answer this question we have to answer first a certain question...Who are the candidates for various national and local position?

In order for me to get an answer to this one, I simply went to the COMELEC official website.
The site would be a great help for you as it did for me.  I was able to check the list of candidates for national, regional, provincial and even local positions for this upcoming 2013 election.  Through the site I was able to get information about my precinct, where I'll be voting and even print a sample ballot as my guide on Monday.

So with the list of candidates on my hand. I simply went through some forums and sites where I could check certain candidates.  To be honest, I really have a hard time completing my list that even today I still need 5 names of deserving senators...  I just hope I'll be able to complete my list before Monday.
